Dr. Aultmon is a distinguished educator, historian, and humanitarian with over 40 years of teaching and leadership experience. She holds multiple advanced degrees, including:

• Ph.D. in Genealogy, Pedigree Analysis, Heritage & Africology

• Doctorate in Educational Leadership

• Master of Education in Reading

• Bachelor of Science in Psychology​

Dr. Aultmon is certified in reading instruction and educational leadership and has extensive expertise in literacy, cultural studies, Africology, and cross-cultural learning. Her career includes decades of service in public schools as a teacher, literacy specialist, and administrator. She has also worked internationally as a consultant, fostering global education initiatives that connect students across Africa, the Caribbean, and the United States.

In addition to her academic credentials, Dr. Aultmon is the Founder and CEO of the Global Academy of Real World Learning, L.L.C., an approved virtual Kindergarten institution. She also serves on several educational boards and leads initiatives that promote cultural awareness, student achievement, and heritage-based learning.

Her wealth of experience and global vision ensure that students under her guidance receive a rigorous, meaningful, and culturally grounded education.
